Welcome to the Orange County Chapter of Americans for Safe Access -- a coalition of patients and concerned citizens working together to bring about and protect safe access to medical Cannabis.  Our goal is to educate Orange County legislators, law enforcement and the public on the therapeutic benefits of Cannabis.  We strive to diminish the prejudice and discrimination that surrounds medical Cannabis and its proper use as a medicine.
